Publish two full paper in concern Helicobacter pylori with Clinical Microbiology Research Center (CMRC) affiliation in the two ISI Journals
Rate:
The Clinical Microbiology Research Center (CMRC) has a research priority on Helicobacter pylori pathogenesis, infection, and treatment. In the last year, we have published two full paper in the two ISI Journals:
1. The cagA EPIYA Motifs and vacA Genotypes in Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases. Molecular Genetics, Microbiology and Virology, 10.3103/S0891416820020068.
In This study, we performed the first cagA-EPIYA and vacA genotyping of H. pylori from Western Iran concerning gastroduodenal diseases. The present study showed that the presence of vacA i1 with cagA-EPIYA-C could be assumed as a predictive factor for PUD in our area
2. Helicobacter pylori antibiotic resistance and correlation with cagA motifs and homB
Gene. Postgraduate Medicine, https://doi.org/10.1080/00325481.2020.1753406.
In this study, we reported that The presence of cagA-homB+ is associated with antibiotic resistance and also homB can be used as a marker to antibiotic resistance status prediction in H. pylori isolated in this area.
